Elementary Field Trip and Event Fee
Throughout the year, elementary students will partake in learning activities that supplement the classroom curriculum (field trips, interactive science labs, etc.). Rather then collecting fees for these activities as we go through the year, we have implemented a fee for each elementary classroom which uniquely reflects that classroom’s activities. Included in this fee is a class t-shirt which students are to wear on all field trips (unless otherwise specified) and on other designated days.

To view your child’s classroom activities and a fee schedule for the 2008-2009 school year, click here. This fee should be paid no later then September 19, 2008. Please note that these fees do not reflect major field trips that are taken in 2nd through 6th grades. Information on these trips will be given to parents during Orientation.

Summer Enrichment for Math
Elementary students in first through sixth grades are encouraged to practice their math skills during the summer months. To aid in this, we would like to recommend the following workbook series entitled "Mathematics Homework Booklet - A Step by Step Approach." Students should work in the book for the grade that they just completed. Books can be purchased from a variety of websites, including School Specialty Publishers and Amazon, for $2.99 each (plus tax and shipping). Please note that there is also a workbook series entitle "Math Homework Booklet", please do not purchase booklets from this series - be sure it is the Mathematics series.
